This sport-specific training program will be run by our qualified coaches on Tuesday and Thursdays for the month of September, October and the first three weeks of November. Training will be movement-based and will provide great conditioning for the physical requirements of our sport with an emphasis on cardio conditioning, flexibility and strength.

Trampoline training is important to understand "Air Sense" for your tricks. We have secured excellent coaching and training facilities at the West Vancouver Rec Centre on Wednesday evenings - Recommended for ages 11+.
This day is mandatory for all NEW members and is a prerequisite to taking part in any of our programs. As a new member, we like to introduce athletes to the coaches and the other athletes before the season starts. This also gives us a chance to properly assess your athlete's ability so we can ensure they are in the correct group on the first day. New Members Day will be at Cypress Mountain on December 15th from 8:45am-1:30pm.
All athletes must have a current Canadian Freestyle Ski Association (CFSA) Membership prior to registering below. Please select Vancouver Freestyle as your club when purchasing membership. CFSA Insurance runs from June 1st – May 31st of each calendar year.
