Dryland Training

Fall Dryland Training

This sport-specific training program is run by our qualified coaches on Tuesdays and Thursdays in September and October. Training is based in North Vancouver and is movement-based, providing great conditioning for the physical requirements of our sport, with an emphasis on cardio conditioning, flexibility and strength.

Summer Dryland Training

Fall Dryland training runs in July on Thursdays as well with the same goals as listed above.
